Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Recreonics, Inc. in an amount not to exceed Thirty Two Thousand, Three Hundred, Fifty Eight Dollars and Zero Cents ($32,358.00), in payment of the for the purchase of bromine tablets for the City’s regional swimming pools; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from the following chart of accounts, 5000280400.56101.00, Item Number 532100, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
