Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Right-Of-Way, and Construction phases of the Allegheny River Green Boulevard Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Six Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($4,610,000.00), an increase of Two Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($2,110,000.00) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at 80%.
