Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Justin Hickox and their legal counsel, Steenland Law, PLLC, for a single payment in 2026 in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), in full and final of an employment matter, charging and payable from 11101.108000.58.58105.2026.
Section 2. The total payment should be disbursed in two separate checks as follows:
• Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) to Justin Hickox; and
• Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) to Steenland Law, PLLC, as legal counsel for Justin Hickox.
