Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Daystar Computer Systems, Inc. in the amount of $10,178.00 $14,393.00 in payment for the annual maintenance agreement for Legistar and Insite, a comprehensive legislative tracking software used by the City Clerk's Office, chargeable to and payable as follows:
