Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter Into Payments, Agreement or Agreements with various agencies and vendors to address workforce shortages in the City of Pittsburgh's fast growing business and financial services sector by facilitating the training and employment of Pittsburgh job seekers brought on by the increase in employment opportunities in the business and financial services industry within the City of Pittsburgh. Said Payments, Agreement or Agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions as said Solicitor may require.
