Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign, a warrant in favor of ACV Environmental Services, Inc., in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars and Forty-One Cents ($13,729.41), for Hazmat services to remediate hydraulic fuel spills from Environmental Services vehicles; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following operating account:  11101.430000.54.54103.2025
