Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Solicitor of the City of Pittsburgh is authorized and directed to investigate and report back to Council on the legality of prohibiting commercial timbering operations in the City of Pittsburgh.
