Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows: 

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh in an amount not to exceed TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00), to reimburse for the City's portion of a legal settlement. Funds are chargeable to and payable from JDE account 11101.210000.53.53517.2025.
