The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, Title Seven, Business Licensing, Article Three, Sales Businesses, Chapter 719, Vendors and Peddlers, is hereby amended as follows:
719.10 Authorized Locations.
(c) Locations with Additional Considerations.
v. Grandview Avenue. Vending is prohibited along Grandview Avenue and vending is prohibited on all the side streets from Wyoming Street to Shaler Street. Vending is further prohibited on Virginia Avenue between Wyoming Street and Maple Terrace Avenue, unless otherwise allowed through a permitted event.
