Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Congress of Neighboring Communities (CONNECT) in the amount of $13,781.00 for 2023 municipal membership dues, chargeable to and payable from the Office of Management and Budget account 11101.102200.53.53101.2023.
