Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for materials, rentals, supplies, equipment, and miscellaneous services, at various locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand ($150,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 6100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project Number 2220092, Budget Year 2008, Account 525500, Construction Division Materials, Department of Public Works.
