Resolution vacating portions of Cremo Street, Zinc Way, West Canal Street, Waino Way, Dasher Street, Burdock Way, Mass Transit Street, Martindale Street and Itasco Street in the 22nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that all owners of the property fronting or abutting on the line of Cremo Street, Zinc Way, West Canal Street, Waino Way, Dasher Street, Burdock Way, Mass Transit Street, Martindale Street and Itasco Street, in the 22nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That vacating Cremo Street, 40' wide, from West General Robinson Street northward to SR 279 right-of-way a distance of 183.67 feet containing 7,204.66 square feet.
Zinc Way, 10' wide, from Cremo Street east to West Canal Street a distance of 120 feet containing 1,200 square feet.
West Canal Street, 30' wide from West General Robinson Street northward to SR 279 right-of-way a distance of 202.18 feet containing 6,065.89 square feet.
Waino Way, 10' wide from West General Robinson Street northward to SR 279 a distance of 202.07 + feet containing 2,020.72 square feet.
Dasher Street, 50' wide, from West General Robinson Street northward to SR 279 an average distance of 202 + feet containing 10,098.19 square feet.
