Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce, for federal advocacy and consulting services to assist the City of Pittsburgh in acquiring federal assistance and funding and to work with various agencies of government for the benefit of the City of Pittsburgh during 2002, at an aggregate cost not to Twenty One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty dollars ($ 21,250) chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Sub-Account 150, Organization 102000, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2002, Miscellaneous Services, Mayor's Office.
