Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The City Clerk and the Director of Office of Management and Budget are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Service Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with consultant(s) for the purposes of providing the City of Pittsburgh with expert conservator/restoration services in connection with the repair and historic restoration of the City Council Chamber walls for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh. Cost shall not exceed Twenty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($24,500.00) and shall be payable from the following account(s):

(1999 City Clerk’s Office Modernization funds)

Section 2.                     Said Agreement(s) and or Contract(s) shall be in a form that has been approved by the City Solicitor.
