Title

Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional

services agreement or agreements for maintaining equipment necessary for the administration of Personnel and Civil Service Examinations and providing for the payment of the cost thereof.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of  Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the maintenance of equipment necessary for administering Personnel and Civil Service examinations.  Said agreement of agreements shall not exceed Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000), are chargeable to and payable from Account 525100, Fund 1000, Sub-class 150, Organization Code 109000 and budget year 2001.
