Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement and/or agreement(s) and amendments thereto with Twilio for internet-based communications services required to support various City of Pittsburgh customer engagement communications, at a cost not-to-exceed Two Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand, Three Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($238,325) over 2 years. Amounts are chargeable to and payable from the following account:
11101.103000.55.55201.2023 $88,325
11101.103000.55.55201.2024 $150,000
TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $238,325
Section 2. The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
