Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 948, effective January 1, 2004, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2004 Capital Budget and the 2004 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2004 through 2009 Capital Improvement Program, by adjusting various line items in conformance with City Council's 2004 Capital Budget amendments", which presently reads as per Attachment 1,

Is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
