Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Department of Justice in the amount of One Thousand Four Hundred Forty Five Dollars and Fifty Two Cents  ($1,445.52) to return unspent interest income from the 1998 Local Law Enforcement Block Grant, without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Fund 2445, Subclass 600, Account 585050, Org. No. 230000, Budget Year 2001, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.
