Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for Design Services in connection with the Brookline Boulevard Reconstruction, at a cost not to exceed $125,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for the reimbursement of the Federal Government's share of costs to the City of Pittsburgh, in connection with the Brookline Boulevard Reconstruction.
