Bill No. 66 - An Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title 2, Fiscal, Chapter 253, Pittsburgh Code, Title 2, Fiscal, Chapter 253, Parking Tax, Levy and Rate, by decreasing the rate from 50% to 36% effective March 1, 2004 through June 30, 2004.
