Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Robert J. Palmosina and Timothy P. O'Brien, c/o Timothy P. O'Brien, Esquire, 1705 Allegheny Building, 429 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in the amount of Fifty-five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($55,000.00), in Full and Final Settlement of an action filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania filed at 2:14-cv-00326, and charge the same  to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
