Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Street and Sidewalk and Vending Site Designation Committee hereby submits an amendment to Resolution No. 933 of 2000 to include additional; permanent street and sidewalk vending sites for the 2004 Licensure Year as follows:

Affirmative Recommendations:

*Motion to amend by adding the following sites

(In accordance with Section 719.05 (a) of the Pittsburgh Code)

Anderson Playground - 1 site

Schenley Park Pool - 1 site 12 week period only

Corner of Liberty and Fifth - 1 site

Corner of Ross and Fifth - 1 site
