Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Evaine K. Sing, RLA, LEED AP for horticultural consulting services in conjunction with the City's Green Up Pittsburgh program at a cost not to exceed Twenty thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars.  Such amounts shall be payable from the following:
