Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin for expert legal services related to litigation in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania at Case 2:22-cv-523-CRE for an amount not to exceed Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-One Dollars and Eighty-Five Cents ($17,951.85), charging same to Code 11101.108000.53.53517.2023.
