Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with Douglas C. Hart, Burns White, 4 North Shore Center, 106 Isabella Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, for expert consultant services related to Beech Construction, Inc. v. City of Pittsburgh, et al. at GD No. 13-007626 at a cost not to exceed Thirteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($13,000.00), chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
