Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust in an amount not to exceed Thirty Nine Thousand, Five Hundred, Twenty Five Dollars and Fifty Cents ($39,525.50), for the payment of programming by instructors from Gateway to the Arts at our Recreation Centers for 2016 and 2017; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from the following chart of accounts, 11101.53.53901.500000.2017, Item #5201 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
