Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the City of Planning to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with HR&A Advisors and Urban American City for the purpose of assisting in the development of a Citywide Comprehensive Plan. Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with HR&A Advisors and Urban American City for costs associated with the development of a Citywide Comprehensive Plan and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, for a sum not to exceed Three Million Two Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Dollars ($3,255,000), to be paid from the Department of City Planning’s Operating Budget, subject to appropriation by City Council in future budget years.

Funds shall be paid from the following JDE accounts:

$1,000,000 from 11101.110000.53.53901.2023

$2,255,000 from 11101.110000.53.53901.2024

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
