Title

Resolution authorizing the Department of City Planning to enter into an agreement or agreements with a consultant or consultants to advance park, recreation and open space projects which are jointly funded by the City and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with a consultant or consultant to advance studies, planning, and design for park, recreation and open space studies which are jointly funded by the City and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources at a total cost not to exceed $100,000 chargeable and payable from the following account:  500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2267026-2001.
