Title

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  That Resolution 425, effective July 20, 2006, is hereby amended as follows:
 
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Chief of the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to supplement existing agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the provision of medical direction services for the period of (4) four years, 2006-2010, commencing July 1, 2006 and continuing through June 30, 2010, at a cost not to exceed Twenty-one Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($21,500.00) in BY 2006, chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Org No. 220000, Account 526100, Budget Year 2006, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, Department of Public Safety.
 
Section 2.  The City Controller shall encumber funds for the remaining 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 contract years from and subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget years from Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Org. No. 220000, Account 526100, Department of Public Safety.  The annual cost in remaining years 2007-2010 may not exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.000) [Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00)] per contract year.
