Ordinance Amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, Zoning District Map Nos. 10, 11, 15 and 16 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Morningside neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map Nos. 10, 11, 15 and 16 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.

1. From R3-L, Residential Three-Unit Low Density, to R3-M, Residential Three-Unit Moderate Density, all certain property bounded by Chislett Street, Springer Way, Heths Avenue, and Stanton Avenue.

2. From R3-L, Residential Three-Unit Low Density, and R2-L, Residential Two-Unit Low Density, to R2-M, Residential Two-Unit Moderate Density, all certain property bounded by Hampton Street, Heths Avenue, Springer Way, Chislett Street, Stanton Avenue, and Swan Way.

3. From R2-L, Residential Two-Unit Low Density and PO, Parks and Open Space, to R1D-H, Residential Single-Unit Detached High Density, all certain property bounded by Martha Street, Snow Way, 121-P-9, Swan Way, 121-K-243, Chislett Street, 121-P-99, 121-P-98, 121-P-101, 121-P-103, 121-P-104, 121-P-107, 121-P-150, 121-P-182, 121-P-164, 121-P-188, 121-P-159, 121-P-131, 82-B-33, 82-B-35, 82-B-36, 82-B-37, 82-B-39, 82-B-41, 82-B-43, Chislett Street, 82-B-74, 82-F-32, 82-E-320, 82-K-47, Hampton Street, Swan Way, Stanton Avenue, and Duffield Street.
