Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Council of the City of Pittsburgh authorizes and directs the City Controller, the City Solicitor, and the Director of Finance with the City Treasurer, to each prepare a presentation on "The Allegheny County Sales Ratio Study Prepared by Real Estate Tax Consultants Incorporated for Allegheny County Council".

Section 2.                     The presentations are to be made to Pittsburgh City Council not later than thirty (30) days from final passage of this resolution.
