Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor for professional services needed to conduct an "Analysis to Impediments to Fair Housing Study" and for related activities in support of such a study, at a cost not to exceed $60,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
