Title
Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to issue a deed for property, in the 26th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Block 116 J, Lot 377, known as 292-298 Watson Blvd., to Observatory Hill, Inc., for the sum of $1,000.00.

WHEREAS: The City of Pittsburgh owns certain property in the 26th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh; and
WHEREAS: Said property is no longer needed by the City of Pittsburgh, and
WHEREAS: Observatory Hill, Inc. has submitted a proposal to purchase said property upon certain terms and conditions;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the proper officers of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute
and deliver a deed, in form approved by the City Solicitor, conveying the following described property.

Observatory Hill, Inc.
PURCHASE PRICE: $ 1,000.00
LOT: 72.6 X AVG. 83.5 x 62
LOCATION: 292-298 Watson Blvd.
ACQUIRED: March 29, 1996, TS #425
WARD, BLOCK & LOT 26, 116-J-377
COUNCIL DISTRICT #1
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provision of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affect this Resolution.
