Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 446 of 2024, which allocated an additional Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to the agreement with Frost, Brown, Todd LLC, by authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to extend the Agreement or Agreements with Frost, Brown, Todd LLC for legal assistance relating to real estate, public finance, municipal law, and as-needed consultation by adding Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) for a new total not to exceed Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Frost, Brown, Todd, LLC for legal assistance relating to real estate, public finance and municipal law. In addition, the firm will be available on an as-needed basis to provide consultation services. The total cost for this project shall not exceed Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) over a five-year period.
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts, subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years:

$50,000.00 from JDE account 11101.107000.53.53517.2022
$50,000.00 from JDE account 11101.107000.53.53517.2023
$50,000.00 from JDE account 11101.107000.53.53517.2024
$50,000.00 from JDE account 11101.107000.53.53517.2025
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
