Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for Disabled and Public Sidewalks at various locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, and providing for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed $140,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for Disabled and Public Sidewalks at various locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Forty Thousand ($140,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Fund 2610, Org. 400000, Sub-Class C2005, Project/Grant 2220060, Budget Year 2005, Disabled and Public Sidewalks, Department of Public Works.
