Title

Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements for the furnishing of professional services for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh effective January 1, 2002,  at a cost not to exceed $425,000.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements in a form approved by City Solicitor, for professional services for the administration and marketing City Neighborhoods and lot clean up services in relation to educating the public on litter.  The cost of said services should not exceed Four Hundred Twenty Five Thousand ($425,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Account 527900, Fund 2610, Org. 400000, Sub-Class C2002, Budget Year 2002, Project 2220082, Property Management, Department of Public Works.
