Resolution vacating a portion of Juliet Street in the 4th Ward, 3rd Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.

Whereas, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Juliet Street in the 4th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
Whereas, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by ant persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That vacating a portion of Juliet Street; all that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania founded and described as follows; Beginning at a point on the corner of Juliet Street and Thora Way also being the Southwest corner of Lot and Block 28-R-166 in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, thence along the western line of said parcel North 9° 43' 45", East a distance of 58.84 feet to a point; thence North 80° 16'15" West, a distance of 28.10 feet to a point; thence South 9° 43'45" West a distance of 53.0 feet to a point; thence South 68° 32'15', East a distance of 28.70 feet to a point at the place of beginning, containing 1517 square feet of area and also reserving the right of easement of the water line located therein, in the 4th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described below shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
