BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-2044, from Step-N-Stone, Inc. 112 Electric Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15112, to a location in Downtown Pittsburgh, 971 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Request for Approval
Tonic, Inc., which has a mailing address of 220 South Atlantic Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224, submitted a request for approval of an intermunicipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-2044, which is currently registered to Step-N-Stone, Inc., 112 Electric Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15112. Tonic, Inc. desires to place a restaurant liquor license into a premises to be known as Tonic Bar and Grill at 971 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, 15522, Downtown. The proposed interior of the premises will comprise three floors, including basement.

Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Tonic, Inc.'s intent to transfer the above restaurant liquor license.

Approval or Denial of Request
After the Public Hearing and within 45 days of the introduction of this Resolution, City Council shall render a decision to approve or disapprove Tonic, Inc.'s request for inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license. City Council must a...
