The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-8431 from Rose Marie Pasquarelli, 1630 Aurelius Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15218 to 5832 Forward Ave, Associates, Inc, located at 2131 Lindsay Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15221, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.


SECTION 2. Request for Approval

5832 Forward Ave. Associates, Inc. which has a mailing address of 2131 Lindsay Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15221, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-8431, which is currently registered to Rose Marie Pasquarelli, 1630 Aurelius Street , Pittsburgh, PA 15218, desires to place a restaurant liquor license into a premises known and numbered as 5832 Forward Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15217. The proposed interior of the premises is 2,874 square feet with the bar and restaurant on the first floor.

SECTION 3. Public Hearing

City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning 5832 Forward Ave. Associates, Inc intent to the above liquor license.

SECTION 4. Approval or Denial of Request

After the Public Hearing which was held February 24, 2004 and within 45 days of the introduction of this Resolution, City Council shall render a decision to approve or disapprove of 5832 Forward Avenue, Associates Inc request for inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license. City Coun...
