Resolution amending Resolution 625 of 2025 authorizing the Mayor and the Director of City Planning to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Evolve Environment::Architecture, to provide services to create historic district design guidelines for the Mexican War Streets and the Manchester Historic Districts, at a total cost not to exceed Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred ($37,500) dollars.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.
The Mayor and the Director of City Planning to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Evolve Environment::Architecture, to create Historic District Design Guidelines for the Mexican War Streets and the Manchester Historic Districts, at a total cost not to exceed Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred ($37,500) dollars.
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500) from account 1130172121.53901.00
Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) from account 1129400481.53901.00
Section 2. This agreement or agreements and amendments thereto are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
