Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1  The Council of the City of Pittsburgh authorizes and directs the City Solicitor and the Director of Finance to increase the current Homestead Exemption from $10,000.00 to $20,000.00 on the assessed value of a homeowner's primary residence.
