Section 1. The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) from Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services, Regular Salary account, Fund 1000, Organization 430000, Sub-Class 010, Account 511000, Budget Year 2003, to the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services, Premium Pay Account, Fund 1000, Organization 430000, Sub-Class 020, Account 516000, Budget Year 2003.
