Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1:                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign, a warrant in favor of Mele Landscape Contractors, Inc., in the amount of One Hundred Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars and Fifty-Eight Cents ($109,847.58), for the purpose of Emergency Snow Removal at various location; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following operating account:  4000220000.54201.00.
