Title
Resolution granting unto Solara Ventures, IV, LLC 30 Weatherfield Drive, Suite 217, Newtown, PA 18940 their, successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a handicap ramp, canopy and trees on the right-of-ways of 2434 Smallman Street and 25th Street in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the Solara Ventures, IV, LLC 30 Weatherfield Drive, Suite 217, Newtown, PA 18940 their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense,
A.) Smallman Street - Four (4) 4” caliper Ginkgo trees, set in a 4'-9” x 10' planting bed. (See Exhibit 1)
B.) Smallman Street - One (1) canopy, 8'-9” to 8'-10” above the sidewalk, constructed of metal, and projecting 3'-8” into public right of way for a length of 11'-8”. (See Exhibits 1 and 3)
C.) 25th Street - One accessible ramp and steps, constructed of concrete with steel railing, ramp projecting 4'-2” into public right of way, for a length of 40'-10” (See Exhibits 1 and 2)
D.) 25th Street - One (1) canopy, 10'-2” to 10'-8” above the sidewalk, constructed of metal and projecting 4'-9” into public right of way for a length of 41'-9”.

E.) 25th Street - One (1) 4” caliper Ginkgo tree set in 4'-6” x 10' planting bed.

F.) 25th Street - One (1) Holly hedge, projecting 4'-2” into public right of way for a length of 14'-0”. (See Exhibit 1)
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-689 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
