Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Guy Ruff for the provision of an artistic design for the Brownsville/Parkfield Roads intersection in the Carrick neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh at a cost not to exceed Four Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 40015, JDE JOB NO. 4030128016.53901.00, item number 22222-30. The Professional Services Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
