Resolution accepting the dedication of parcels for the newly formed cul-de-sac on Claybourne Street as right-of-way in the 7th Ward, 8th Council District.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. WHEREAS, the South Negley Associates, owner of certain property in the 7th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, shown on Exhibit B, has dedicated said portions of 51-M-255 and 51-M-258 at Claybourne Street, for public highway purposes.

That portions of Lot and Block parcels 51-M-255 and 51-M-258 as laid out in Exhibit B, in the 7th Ward, of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby accepted.

All certain parcel of land situate in the 7th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny , and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being more particularly bound and described as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of South Negley Avenue ( a 50.00 foot street) with the southerly right-of-way line of Claybourne Street (a 40.00 foot Street), vacated by Resolution No. 20, effective February 9, 2004; thence along said southerly vacated right-of-way line of Claybourne Street South 62º 38' 24” West, 415.91 feet to the point of beginning; thence through the lands of South Negley Associates, South 21º 20' 25” East, 4.45 feet to a point thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 39.00 feet with a central angle of 136º 04'45”, an arc distance of 92.63 feet, also having a chord bearing of South 46º 41' 57” West with a chord distance of 72.34 feet, to a point on the dividing line of land of now or formerly Mary Mickel and the estate of Ann E. Hunter; thence along said dividing line North 44º 47'36” West, 25.46 feet to a point on said southerly right of way line of Claybourne Street; thence along said southerly line North 62º 38' 24” East, 77.65 feet to a point of beginning.
