Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign quitclaim deeds conveying all of the City's right, title and interest in and to the City-owned property located at 3133 Brunot Avenue in the 20th Ward of the City and designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block & Lot: 42-H-293, to City Steps Realty LLC (dba 2nd Chance Property Renovation and Consulting LLC) for TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($23,000.00) to be deposited into the Three Taxing Bodies Trust fund, account #1070876500.43903.00, relating to the full and final settlement of a case filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at C.S. 23-000067.
