Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the repairs, maintenance, improvements, removals, and emergencies in connection with Citywide Streetlighting throughout the City of Pittsburgh, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, to include repairs, supplies, materials, equipment rental, removal, and emergencies in connection with Citywide Streetlighting throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Two hundred thousand dollars, ($200,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Fund 6100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project 2238100, Budget Year 2008, Account 525500, Street Lighting, Department of Public Works.
