Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.   The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Bucks County Community College in an amount not to exceed THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($31,705.00), for rescue certification and training for the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services. Funds are chargeable to and payable from the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services general fund, JDE Account 11101.220000.56.56151.2026.
