Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized and directed to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Agreement or Agreements with Partner4Work for operation and administration of the Learn & Earn Summer Youth Employment Program, at a total cost not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) over one year, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2.                     Said Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
